Impact allows users to create documents based on templates designed using Microsoft Word. The templates can merge any information in a custom table and/or the parent contact records. These template are accessed using the "Documents" button on the top toolbar as shown here.
To create a new template follow these steps:
Click on the button in the toolbar
Click on the NEW button at the bottom of the "Create Documents" form Shown below.
Enter a template name and click SAVE
When prompted you can open the template for editing.
