Sort Order

The Sort form changes the sort order on the current list. You can set multiple sort conditions using this form. In contrast, using the mouse to click on the column header only sets the sort to the selected column not multiple columns.




Up to four sorts can be set.  Choose the column to sort by and if it is asceding or descending.  Clear all will wipe out all of the sorts.
