Lookup all contacts within a radius of 10 miles. Use the slider to expand or limit your search based on the postal codes.
To Turn on Radius Mapping go to Tools > Impact Suite, Click the Install Radius Fields button to install the necessary table fields and then click the Install Radius Data button that will populate each contact with the longitude and latitude information.
The Radius Lookup list is located in the enhanced navigation on the right side of the screen. If you do not see the enhanced navigation bar follow these steps:
In ACT go to the TOOLS menu and select IMPACT
Click on the NAV BAR tab on the right side
Place a check mark in 'Enhance the Navigation Bar"
Click OK
Use the slider to set the mileage or kilometer range.
If you do not see the list then you need to install the geo-coding data. We have geo-coding data for over 20+ counties.
To install the geo-coding data for your country follow these steps:
In ACT go to the TOOLS menu and select IMPACT
Click on the NAV BAR tab on the right side
Click on the "Install Radius Field"
The Install Radius Field button will be grayed out if these field exist in your current database. These fields only need to be installed once. After they are installed then this button will be grayed out. The three fields installed are named: longitude, latitude and UniversalTimeCoordinate.
