Error Drive or Directory access denied

Error 1231 during installation
The most common installation error is 1321. "Error 1321: The Installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file: [2]" This error happens when the user does not have enough privialges to install a program on the computer. If you receive this error message Please read the link below to:

Installation Errors - ImpactSuiteV5 If you receive this error when restarting ACT or any other error specifying "Drive or Directory access denied" you do not have enough privileges to read/write to the system registry keys.  Please run ACT at least once as an administrator.

To run ACT as an administrator please right-click on the desk top short cut and select Run as administrator.
Running under the administrator will allow Impact to update the system registry and ProgramData files. These are the locations needed to be updated to register the product.
