Driving direction are access by selecting the activity then right-click to open the popup menu. From this popup menu select "Map-It"
Install Impact Suite or Task List Plus Module then restart ACT
Go to the task list view
Select one ore multiple activities from the list
Right-click to open the popup menu and select “Map It”
Selecting a single activity will bring forward driving direction from the address of the user you this activity is assigned to ( Scheduled For ) to the address of the attached contact. If multiple contacts are attached to the activity then multiple address will be mapped.
If you select multiple activities to get driving direction the default order appears at the top of the form. You can use the 'Move Up' and 'Move Down' buttons to rearrange the order.
