This section holds the notes location and size of the 'Smart Note'
Location from top The location from the top of the screen in pixels where the note will open by default.
Location from left side The location from the left side of the screen in pixels where the note will open by default.
Note Height The default height of the note.
Note Width The default width of the note.
Insert Merge Fields Option
You can type any text to be displayed by entering it directly on the example note at the top of the form. If you want the note to display text from the contact record itself you can click on the Insert merge Field to add fields.
For example: You may want a smart note to open when the contacts 'Agreement expiration date' field is in the past and you want the note to read: Chris Huffman agreement expired on 07/10/2012
Your note on the screen should read like this will the merge codes for place holders. <[ACTFIELD]TBL_CONTACT.Contact> agreement expired on <[ACTFIELD]TBL_CONTACT.AgreementExpireDate>
